6Are your reviews real?
Yes, they are all from real customers. The reviews are labeled verified when the person submitting the review was the one who actually purchased it. There are also reviews of our mattresses on Amazon. Most people have rated our mattress four or five stars. There are some that were not happy for a variety of reasons. That is what our 100-night sleep trial is all about. If you decide you don’t like our mattress in the first 100 nights, we will pick it up and give you a complete refund (except for expedited shipping fees and shipping fees to Hawaii and Alaska).
7What are the benefits of your mattress over an innerspring mattress?
Innerspring mattress can be bulky and heavy. All foam mattresses are lighter and easier to move around. Foam mattresses offer unequaled stability and they don’t bounce and transfer movement like mattresses with inner springs. That can be a concern if you or your partner are light sleepers. Some have criticized foam mattresses for having soft sides. However, our mattress has enhanced side edge support to eliminate that problem.
8Why is your pricing less than the other brands?
Most of the brands we compete against do not actually manufacture their mattresses. Rather they have other companies do it for them. Someone else makes the foam, someone else fabricates it, someone else makes the cover, and then someone else assembles it. At Sure2Sleep® we make everything except the outside fabric. But we do cut and sew it into a mattress cover!
9What is the foam density?
The density of the foam layers in the mattress is 1.8 pounds per cubic foot. The density on the Gel memory foam is 3 Pounds per cubic foot.
10What is the thickness of the foam layers in the mattress?
For the medium firm, the top memory foam layer is 1.5 inches thick, the middle comfort layers are 4 inches thick and the foundation layer is 4.5 inches thick. For the plush model, the top memory foam layer is 2.5 inches thick, the middle comfort layers are 4 inches thick and the foundation layer is 3.5 inches thick.
11How thick is a sure2Sleep® mattress?
Our mattresses are ten inches thick. We didn't increase the depth of the base layer just to claim we have a thicker mattress. In reality adding height to the base layer provides no difference in the comfort, support or stability of the mattress.
12What foundation is needed under a Sure2Sleep® mattress?
You can place your mattress on the floor, a slatted base, a box spring, a platform bed or an adjustable frame.
13What is the Sure2Sleep® mattress made of?
We manufacture all of our mattresses with high-density, high quality polyurethane foams. All of our foams are made in the USA. All foams are certified by CertiPur-US so they are free from known harmful chemicals and carcinogens, PDBE's, heavy metals, phthalates and formaldehyde. The cover material is a blend of polyester, rayon and lycra®. Our covers are sewn in the USA with fabrics from Portugal and China.
14What is the edge support about?
The Sure2Sleep® mattress is one of the new generation of all foam mattresses. Unfortunately, many of these new mattresses share a common problem, their edges are soft. This can be best demonstrated when you sit on your sofa. When you sit back on the cushions they are supportive and comfortable. But when you sit on the edge of the cushion you bottom out on the sofa frame. Sure2Sleep® addresses this problem by adding stiffer foam to the sides of their mattress to provide added support. This allows you to sleep near the edge of the bed without the edge collapsing. It also makes it easier to get in and out of the mattress or just sit on the edge to get dressed in the morning.
15What comfort levels are available?
We offer two comfort levels, medium firm and plush. Our medium firm mattress is our top selling model. Designed and manufactured with just the right amount of "give" combined with a superior level of support. The plush mattress is on the softer side, offering a more relaxed surface, but still supporting your body evenly.

Set up and Care

1Can you clean the mattress?
We do not recommend removing the cover for washing. To clean spots or spills, we recommend using a mild detergent and cool water. Apply by blotting and dabbing. Do not scrub or apply an unusually strong force.
2How difficult is it to set up a Sure2Sleep® mattress?
Setting up your Sure2Sleep® mattress is actually quite easy. You simply unbox the mattress and put it on the floor, a slatted base, a box spring, a platform bed or an adjustable frame. The mattress is compressed, rolled and sealed in a plastic cover. Using the special cutter provided in the box, simply cut away the plastic and unroll the mattress. The mattress will quickly return to full size.
