Frequently Asked Questions
About Sure2Sleep® mattress
1Do your mattresses contain any Latex?
Latex is not used in the construction of any Sure2Sleep® mattress.
2How many mattress models do you offer?
We offer one mattress model, the Monterey. The Monterey is a fully featured mattress designed with a medium firm feel.
3What are the Sure2Sleep® mattresses and Pillows made of?
We manufacture all of our mattresses with high-density, high quality polyurethane
foams. All of our foams are made in the USA. All foams are certified by CertiPur-US so
they are free from known harmful chemicals and carcinogens, PDBE's, heavy metals,
phthalates and formaldehyde. The cover material is a blend of polyester and lycra®.
4What foundation is needed under the Sure2Sleep® mattress?
You can place your mattress on the floor, a slatted base, a box spring, a platform bed or an adjustable frame.
5How thick are the Sure2Sleep® mattresses?
Our mattresses are ten inches thick. We didn't increase the depth of the base layer just
to claim we have a thicker mattress. In reality adding height to the base layer provides
no difference in the comfort, support or stability of the mattress.
6What is the foam density?
The density of the foam layers in the mattress is 1.8 pounds per cubic foot. The density
on the Gel memory foam and HyPURGel™ is 3 Pounds per cubic foot.
7Why is your pricing less than the other brands?
Most of the brands we compete against do not actually manufacture their mattresses.
Rather they have other companies manufacture their mattresses for them. Someone else makes the foam, someone else fabricates it, someone else makes the cover, and
then someone else assembles it. At Sure2Sleep® we make everything except the
outside fabric. But we do cut and sew it into a mattress cover!
8What are the benefits of your mattress over an innerspring mattress?
Innerspring mattress can vary greatly in quality. The number and type of coils used will
have a direct effect on the mattresses’ longevity. What the coils are made of also
matters. Low-gauge wire and tempered steel coils last longer than high-gauge wire and
non-tempered steel. Then there is the comfort factor. Innerspring mattresses do not
contour well to individual body shapes and sizes. This can be a problem with pressure
point relief or for those suffering from back pain. Coil springs also provide poor motion
isolation making them a poor fit for the partners of light sleepers. Finally, the springs
can be noisy. Foam mattresses, on the other hand, easily contour to the body
providing great support. They are also good for relieving pressure points. Foam
mattresses offer unequaled stability and they don’t bounce and transfer movement like
mattresses with inner springs.
9Are your reviews real?
Yes, they are all from real customers. The reviews are labeled verified when the person
submitting the review was the one who actually purchased it. There are also reviews of
our mattresses on Amazon. Most people have rated our mattress four or five stars.
There are some that were not happy for a variety of reasons. That is why we offer a 30-
day satisfaction guarantee.
10What is your mattress and pillow warranty period?
We are proud to offer a full 10-year, no-nonsense limited warranty on our mattresses.
You can read the details of our warranty on our web site. In short, we will either repair,
replace or refund your purchase price if any Sure2Sleep® mattress fails during the
warranty period. The warranty is not pro-rated. The Sure2Sleep® pillow is warranted
for 3 years.

Set up and Care
1How difficult is it to set up a Sure2Sleep® mattress?
Setting up your Sure2Sleep® mattress is actually quite easy. You simply unbox the
mattress and put it on the floor, a slatted base, a box spring, a platform bed or an
adjustable frame. The mattress is compressed, rolled and sealed in a plastic cover.
Using the special cutter provided in the box, simply cut away the plastic and unroll the
mattress. The mattress will quickly return to full size.
2Can you clean the mattress cover?
For small spots or spills, we recommend using a mild detergent and cool water. Apply
by blotting and dabbing. Do not scrub or apply an unusually strong force. You can also
remove the entire mattress cover and wash it in the wash machine. Unzip the cover on
the bottom of the mattress. Remove the corners of the mattress cover first. When the
cover is removed, re-zip before putting it into the washing machine. Wash in warm
water, with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry on the gentile (Low heat) cycle.
Once dry, unzip the bottom of the mattress cover and start installation at the corners.
Gently tug on the cover to adjust it back in place. Carefully re-zip the bottom of the
mattress cover.
